What is the Fal license and how do I get it?

Fal is the official licensing gateway by the Real Estate General Authority. It is mandatory for publishing ads.

Who needs a Fal License?

• Real estate brokers and companies
• Individual owners publishing more than 3 listings

How to obtain it

1. Visit REGA Portal

   Go to fal.rega.gov.sa and register.
2. Complete Courses

   Finish the online training courses and pass tests.
3. Get License

   Get your license issued digitally.
4. Add to Aqar View 360

   Go to /marketing-licenses/ in your profile and type the license ID.
