How do I register as a certified real estate broker?

Certified brokers get access to tools to manage clients, contracts, and marketing permits.

Requirements

• Valid Fal broker license
• Verified identity (National ID / Iqama)
• Active Saudi phone number

Registration Steps

1. Sign In or Sign Up

   Register an account using your phone number.
2. Select Broker Role

   From Edit Profile, set your account role as 'Broker'.
3. Add Fal ID

   Go to /marketing-licenses/ and save your license.
4. Complete ID Audit

   Enter ID and birth date to activate full broker access.
