Aqar View 360 Group operates the Platform and is therefore the controller of your personal data (referred to as either "AqarView 360", "we", "us" or "our" in this Privacy Policy).

"Personal Data" is information about an individual from which that individual is directly identified or identifiable. It does not include anonymized data but does include pseudonymous data:

• Identity Data: First name, last name, username, profile picture, gender, and age.
• Contact Details: Email address, physical address, and phone number(s).
• Location Data: Approximate location if you enable this feature via your device.
• Listing Data: Details about your past and current listings, including photos, videos, prices, property type, and description.
• Partial Payment Data: Partial credit card details kept on file for payments. Full payment data is not retained for security reasons.
• AqarView360GPT Data: Information you enter into the AqarView360GPT tool. You must be a registered user to use this service.
• Marketing Data: Your preferences in receiving marketing messages from us.
• Chat Data: Details of messages you exchange with us or other users via WhatsApp or similar.
• Call Data: Recordings of calls between you and our teams or other users, recorded for monitoring and training purposes.
• Behavioral Data: Inferred or assumed information relating to your behavior and interests based on your activity on the Platform.
• Technical Data: IP address, login data, browser type and version, time zone, operating system, platform, and other device technologies.

We also collect personal data from other sources:
